Villa on the Mountains

Costance is the project for a family villa with pool, located on the slopes of European Alps in Northern Italy.
This architecture aim to respect the landscape criteria of the valley where it is located, while maintaining a classic and elegant design.
The villa has a regular shape and volume, with the peculiarity to open completely the living area to the outside pool and the big garden that surrounds it.
Access to it is from the main road through the paved driveway. The garage accommodates two large size vehicles.
The living space is on two levels and distinctly separating the living and sleeping area. Plans leaves a great flexibility of room's combinations. The upper level has also large South-East facing terrace.

Materials used are reinforced concrete, as structure and bricks for the walls.

The outer insulation coat is finished with a plaster painted with neutral color and triple-glazed windows have wooden frame and shape that follows the pitch of the roof.

Inside, the wood covers the floors and is the main material with which are performed the specially designed furniture and sliding doors.
In the Garden, the paved part around the pool extends to the barbecue area wich turns into an outdoor kitchen that has its own dining area under a pergola made of natural stone and green creepers.
